Former Arsenal and England striker Ian Wright expressed his dissatisfaction with the performance of Gareth Southgate’s team at Euro 2024. This is reported by https://bookmaker-ratings.net.za

Despite reaching the 1/8 finals, Wright believes that England still have a lot of work to do to improve their game.

“It’s still not good enough for England. Palmer and Mainu did a good job getting on the field, and I really wish Gordon had come out earlier. We are very lucky to have passed the group stage. There’s still so much work ahead in terms of confidence and momentum,” Wright said.
